Boy, I can't wait until Spencer is more of a morning person. We woke him up before Nick this morning knowing it would take him awhile to wake up before he'd be ready to hunt for eggs. We just didn't know how long it would take. It was about 15 minutes before Nick was up and ready to go and Spencer just wouldn't have any part of it. Luckily, Nick found most of the eggs and then spotted his Easter basket and got distracted. That left a few eggs for Spencer to find once he was all the way awake. Both kids enjoyed the goodies in their baskets and had fun hunting the eggs. Aren't their chocolate bunnies/ducks adorable????????? They say they are hollow but they really aren't!! (bad labeling!!)
Around 2pm today we headed over to John's cousins house for the family dinner and egg hunt. The kids had an absolute blast and played themselves to death! Once we hit the road to home, they were both out in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, they left them cranky when we got home but all is better now and they are off to bed!!
